Good books doing good things: The Smith Family announces a new partnership with Pantera Press [07.05.2010]

2166

The Smith Family and new independent book publisher Pantera Press have announced a new partnership, focusing on raising funds to improve children’s early years literacy skills and foster the joys of reading in disadvantaged areas of Australia.

Pantera Press have launched their first three books as part of their unique ‘good books doing good things’ approach to publishing – a novel, Killing Richard Dawson, and two non-fiction debate books, WHY vs WHY™ – Gay Marriage, and WHY vs WHY™ – Nuclear Power.

Pantera Press and its founders, the Green family, are also committing to fund at least one new Let’s Read program in every state in Australia. Through these books and their new website, they are also encouraging their readers to help them double that support by donating to The Smith Family Let’s Read program directly at www.PanteraPress.com/Donate
