Sleepers' 1st Novel Listed for VCE [04.02.2010]
Steven Amsterdam’s first novel, Things We Didn't See Coming, and the first novel for small press Sleepers Publishing, has just been booklisted for VCE English for 2011. This follows some considerable success for Amsterdam, who took out both the Age Fiction Book of the Year award and the overall Age Book of the Year award last year.
And the US edition is out this month, with the UK version following in August.
Not at all bad for a first-timer! Sleepers are happy to say that Amsterdam is working on his second book now.
