SPUNCS rise to the top in Best Australian series [13.10.2010]

What do Nathan Curnow, Fiona Wright, Alec Patric, Josephine Rowe, Maria Takolander, Anna Krien, Alec Patric, Ryan O'Neill, Karen Hitchcock, Paddy O'Reilly, Louise Darcy and others have in common?

Well, in addition to all of them at some time having featured in SPUNC publications, they’re now all contributors for Black Inc’s Best Austrailan series (stories, essays, and Poetry).

This year’s series promises to be an impressive addition to any book-lover’s bookshelf. Cate Kennedy has taken over the mantle from Delia Falconer for Best Australian Stories, and the other two volumes read like a who’s who of Australian literature.

For the full list, head here, and congratulations to all contributors.
