Independent Publishing Conference 2014 - CALL FOR PAPERS 'Cultural Actors, Capitalist Script'

The 2014 Independent Publishing Conference will be held in Sydney on 13 and 14 November at the Federation Conference Centre, 23–33 Mary Street, Surry Hills. Academic panels will be held on Thursday 13 November. This year’s academic conference is titled ‘Cultural Actors, Capitalist Script’, and it will be of interest to those working in the areas of publishing, editing, media and literary studies.

Small Press Network announces date and venue for 2014 Independent Publishing Conference: Sydney, 13–14 November

Shortlist announced: The Most Underrated Book Award 2013

The Small Press Network is proud to announce the shortlist of the 2013 Most Underrated Book Award (MUBA). The MUBA aims to shine a light on some of the outstanding titles that are released by small and independent Australian publishers that, for whatever reason, did not receive their fair dues when first released.
