Returns and refunds

  • SPUNC can take no responsibility for refunds or returns. For details regarding these policies please refer directly to the publisher.
  • The publisher will fill order within 10 days.
  • The publisher does not accept cash or cheques for the payment of items through SPUNC and accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash or cheques.
  • Once items are lodged with Australia Post SPUNC or the publisher cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endevour to track orders where possible. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact the publisher.
  • By placing an order online, you agree not to hold the publisher or SPUNC liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver.

DoctorZed Publishing

DoctorZed Publishing was formed in 2006 as a small independent publisher in Adelaide. We have always had a strong focus on digital publishing: ebooks, POD, audio books, and now apps (iPhone, iPad, and Android).

DoctorZed Publishing publishes a wide range of genres in fiction and non-fiction, including children’s and young adult titles. Self-help or self-improvement titles account for over 50% of our catalogue, which itself includes 150+ titles from 60+ international authors. DoctorZed Publishing is also a founding partner of the eBook Cooperative.

In 2009, DoctorZed Publishing split into two arms, publishing and distribution. “eDistributor” was created to deliver digital distribution services separate and distinct from the publishing arm, as a response to the ever increasing demand for distribution-only services from authors and other publishers. eDistributor distributes to 150+ ebook retailers and 10,000+ libraries worldwide.
