Returns and refunds

  • SPUNC can take no responsibility for refunds or returns. For details regarding these policies please refer directly to the publisher.
  • The publisher will fill order within 10 days.
  • The publisher does not accept cash or cheques for the payment of items through SPUNC and accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash or cheques.
  • Once items are lodged with Australia Post SPUNC or the publisher cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endevour to track orders where possible. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact the publisher.
